ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On February 24, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to ratify the petition filed on his behalf in this case, and this case was closed.

On March 22, 2023, petitioner submitted his ratification of petition ratifying and affirming the petition in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered February 24, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2023, the parties shall file (1) either appropriate proposed decision documents, or (2) further reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then present status of this case.
