On June 22, 2023, appellant, Larry Tony Rasberry, filed a motion for extension of time to file his appellant's brief. On June 29, 2023, appellant filed another motion for extension of time to file his appellant's brief, requesting that the Court extend the deadline to file his appellant's brief to June 30, 2023. The Court granted appellant's June 29, 2023 motion for extension of time, and on June 30, 2023, appellant's court-appointed counsel filed an Anders brief. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). We dismiss appellant's June 22, 2023 motion for extension of time as moot.
