Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to supplement the return is granted, without costs, and respondent shall file and serve the supplemental return on or before October 14, 2020, and petitioner may file and serve a supplemental brief, if any, on or before November 13, 2020, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of respondent is extended to December 14, 2020.
