It is Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted and this Court's September 30, 2011 order is hereby recalled and vacated on condition that plaintiff-appellant perfect her appeal by no later than the September 2012 term - the filing deadline is July 10, 2012. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendants-respondents may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
