DECISION

Conviction of Manslaughter by Culpable Negligence and Sentence as an Habitual Offender to a term of Twenty (20) Years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without the Possibility of Parole is Affirmed. Bolivar County is taxed with all costs of this appeal.

PITTMAN, J., not participating.
