DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to withdraw his appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 8, 2011, and an order of the same court dated July 20, 2010, insofar as those appeals relate to issues of child support, custody, and visitation.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals insofar as they relate to issues of child support, custody, and visitation are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
