WITHDRAWL OF PETITION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS


This petition for writ of habeas corpus seeks review of a custody determination made by respondent, acting district director of the San Francisco district office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to hold petitioner in custody pending a decision on petitioner's application for Life Legalization.

On March 17, 2003 respondent agreed to parole petitioner from custody upon the posting of a $20,000.00 bond. A bond has been posted by petitioner and petitioner has been released from custody.

In consideration of respondent's decision to set conditions for petitioner's parole, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus is hereby withdrawn.
