To the extent that Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the Sixth District Court of Appeal to rule in case numbers 6D2023-2688 and 6D2023-2794, the petition is hereby denied without prejudice. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000); see also Fla. R. Gen. Prac. &Jud. Admin 2.250(a)(2). To the extent that Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the district court to rule in case number 6D2023-3019, the appeal is hereby dismissed as unauthorized. See Mathews v. Crews, 132 So.3d 776, 778 (Fla. 2014). To the extent that Petitioner seeks relief against the trial court, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to Petitioner seeking relief in the district court. Petitioner's motion to stay mandate of lower tribunal is denied. No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.
