February 8, 1972.

Petition, captioned petition for leave to take and prosecute appeal, is denied without prejudice to the right of petitioner to apply for leave to file a petition for a writ of certiorari in conformity with the provisions of Provisional Order No. 3 of the rules of the Supreme Court. Petitioner's motion for a stay is granted, and execution on the judgment of the District Court, Sixth Division, is stayed until March 1, 1972 or until further order of court.
