JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} On August 19, 2004, this court issued a judgment entry in favor of plaintiff. However, on May 12, 2005, the Court of Appeals issued an opinion and a judgment entry reversing the decision of this court and remanding the case for further proceedings. See Raabe v. Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (May 12, 2005), Franklin App. No. 04AP-954.
{¶ 2} In accordance with the opinion and judgment entry of the Court of Appeals, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of defendant. Court costs are assessed against plaintiff. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
