ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 11, 2023, San Francisco, California, trial session. On October 12, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and the Court ordered petitioner to respond to the motion by November 13, 2023. As of today, the Court has not received any response from petitioner.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is set for hearing at the trial session of the Court commencing December 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the Burton Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Room 2-1408, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, California 94102. It is further

ORDERED that at the time of the hearing, petitioner shall show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
