So much of the judgment as requires the defendant to restore her condominium unit and patio to its original condition is modified to permit the defendant to keep two awnings in accordance with the prior written grant of permission, and the concrete slab which the condominium board did not require to be removed. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
