Elvis QUIMI, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County, Tim Shea, Judge.A. Mauricio Hued, of Hued & Valedon, P.A., Maitland, for Appellant. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Kellie A. Nielan, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We find no error, fundamental or otherwise, in the admission of Mr. Quimi's statement to the police. The mid-trial, oral motion to suppress made after the statement had been admitted without objection, should have been denied by the trial court on the merits.

AFFIRMED.

ORFINGER, C.J., SAWAYA and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
