TRAVIS ANTHONY QUEEN & SUSAN QUEEN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. Pretrial development has been unusually slow on both sides, so we continued on Mr. Queen's promise to email to the IRS's lawyer what receipts he has by October 24. He kept that promise, but the IRS lawyer couldn't review them due to some sort of technical difficulty. It is reasonable to give resondent a bit more time, and it is

ORDERED that on or before December 7, 2022 respondent shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
