Motion by Merchants Mutual Insurance Company and American European Insurance Company to admit pro hac vice Kim Kocher, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to represent them on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
