Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County, entered November 30, 2020, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as unnecessary insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks an order directing production of documents for the record on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1000.7 [b]; Stewart v Soda 239 A.D.2d 966 [4th Dept 1997]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks other relief.
