In the Matter of the Application of David Putland, 84B-2029 Petitioner-Respondent, For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 78 of the CPLR, v. Department of Homeless Services, Kim Bruno, Records Access Officer, Respondents-Appellants.


Respondents-appellants having moved to dismiss the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 26, 2015, and to vacate the judgment of Supreme Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal from the October 26, 2015 order withdrawn.

The motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to further proceedings in the Supreme Court. The stay is continued for 30 days after this order.
