ORDER

Jane M. Beckering, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to strike is GRANTED IN PART. Pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a), appellant Rubilyn Prange shall order the full transcripts of all hearings in the case, which were not previously transcribed, on an expedited basis; and, within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall ensure the filing of a stenographer's certificate in this Court from a Michigan reporter or recorder, which evidences the expedited ordering of the transcripts of all hearings not previously transcribed. If appellant fails to comply with this order, appellee Jason Purkey may file a motion to dismiss the appeal for failure to pursue the appeal in accordance with the court rules. MCR 7.211(C)(2)(b). Appellant's brief is not stricken. The time for filing appellee's brief, however, shall begin to run from the filing of the transcripts, which are required by this order, with the trial court.
