Before the Court is appellants' October 27, 2023 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their opening brief. Because the reporter's record has been requested but not yet filed, we DENY the motion as premature. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a)(2).
The reporter's record is past due. On the Court's own motion, we ORDER the Official Court Reporter Antionette Reagor to file the reporter's record on or before November 27, 2023. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Reagor and all parties.
