Action by Anita Christal Purdy against the Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association, appearing in lieu of the Bank of Italy National Trust & Savings Association, which in turn was substituted for the defendant the Salinas City Bank. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant, the Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association, appeals.

Affirmed.
