ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL JUDGE

These consolidated cases were calendared for a remote special trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on August 11, 2022, for which Los Angeles, California, was the place of trial.

On August 11 through August 16, 2022, the Court conducted a trial in these consolidated cases. At the conclusion of that remote trial, the Court set the briefing schedule and directed the parties to file, on or before December 1, 2022, a simultaneous opening brief, and to file, on or before January 30, 2023, a simultaneous answering brief.

On November 1, 2022, the parties filed a motion for extension of time. In that motion, the parties requests that the Court extend the time within which the parties are to file their respective simultaneous briefs.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion for extension of time filed November 1, 2022, is granted and the time within which the parties shall file their respective simultaneous opening briefs is extended to and including January 17, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall file their respective simultaneous answering briefs is extended to and including March 17, 2023.
