ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Upon due consideration of the record of this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed June 24, 2021, is denied for the reasons set forth in Boechler, P.C. v. Commissioner, No. 20-1472 (U.S. April 21, 2022). It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for failure to ratify the petition as directed by Order issued June 25, 2021. The Court will consider reinstating the case if the ratification is filed within 30 days from the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order at the address which Mr. Clark listed for himself in the petition. 1
