Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 29, 2021, and said appeals having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent having moved for an extension of time in which to file a respondent's brief to the March 2022 Term, and to compel defendants-appellants to file an amended joint record on appeal to include certain memoranda of law which were part of the motion court record, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks to compel defendants to file an amended joint record on appeal, is denied. That branch of the motion seeking an extension of time in which to file a respondent's brief was granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated December 30, 2021.
