Present — Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ.


In an action to correct a life insurance policy by conforming the terms thereof to the true age of the insured at the time the policy was issued, to enforce the policy as corrected, including the determination of the rights of the respective parties, and perpetually to enjoin defendants from prosecuting any action for the recovery of disability benefits under the provisions of the policy after the correction, judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against defendants unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
