Provence v. Wainwright

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Feb 21, 1984
445 So. 2d 663 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. AU-77.

February 21, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Bradford County; John J. Crews, Judge.

Thomas A. Provence, Jr., pro se, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., and Lorene C. Powell, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

Upon reviewing the record as supplemented by appellee at this Court's request, we find no error in the trial court's order denying appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus. Appellant received the notice and hearing to which he was entitled under rule 33-3.081, Florida Administrative Code. We, accordingly, affirm.

LARRY G. SMITH, WIGGINTON and NIMMONS, JJ., concur.
