Order modified with respect to items "5" and "6" so as to permit the defendant to allege under oath in lieu thereof that it is without information with respect to such items, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. The bill of particulars to be served within ten days from service of order. No opinion.
