Identify with precision, including pinpoint citation, portions of each prior North Carolina state court appellate ruling involving these parties wherein the appellate court specifically identifies the maintenance covenant and holds that covenant to be 1) either an "affirmative" restrictive covenant, or a "negative" restrictive covenant; 2) either a "personal" covenant, or a "real" covenant; and/or to 3) run with the land.2.
