On order of the Court, the proposed amendment of Rule 6.302 of the Michigan Court Rules having been published for comment at 483 Mich 1252-1256 (Part 3, 2009), and an opportunity having been provided for comment in writing and at a public hearing on January 27, 2010, the Court declines to modify the court rule.
