On order of the Court, notice of the proposed amendment of Rule 7.302 of the Michigan Court Rules having been published for comment at 462 Mich. 1202 (2000), and an opportunity for comment in writing and at a public hearing having been provided, the Court is not persuaded that Rule 7.302 should be amended in the proposed manner at this time. Accordingly, this administrative file is closed without further action.
