MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and claimed appeal of right. On May 8, 2009, appellant filed a notice of suggestion of bankruptcy of Chrysler, L.L.C.
It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that the parties file memoranda within 14 days of the date of this entry indicating why this case should or should not be stayed pursuant to Chrysler L.L.C.'s filing of bankruptcy. It is further ordered that appellees' memorandum shall have attached a time-stamped copy of the notice of voluntary dismissal of Chrysler L.L.C. that appellees indicate was filed on April 30, 2009.
