Petschek, Deceased. to Effectuate the Terms of an Agreement Marie-Luise Eglau-Petschek, Surrogate's Court Petitioner-Respondent, File No. 2010-04522/L v Jay Petschek, Respondent-Appellant, Carla Petschek, Robert Petschek and Nicholas Petschek, Respondents-Respondents.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about November 28, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated November 2, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal, previously perfected, is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
