The Court has accepted jurisdiction and dispensed with oral argument pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.320.
The parties are hereby requested to file briefs limited only to the issue of attorney's fees as follows:
Counsel for Petitioners shall serve their brief on the merits on or before May 9, 2003; Respondents shall serve their brief on the merits on or before May 29, 2003; and Petitioners shall serve their reply brief on the merits on or before June 18, 2003. Please file an original and seven copies of all briefs.
Per this Court's Administrative Order In Re: Mandatory Submission of Electronic Copies of Documents on Computer Diskette dated November 13, 2002, counsel are directed to include a copy of all briefs on a DOS formatted 3-1/2 inch diskette in WordPerfect 5.1 (or higher) format compatible in WordPerfect 10.

The Clerk of the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, shall file the original record on or before June 13, 2003.
