DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to vacate dismissal of appeals and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to have appeals heard on original file of the Workers' Compensation Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeals and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to have the appeals heard on the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board is denied, without costs, as academic.
