Pressley v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Oct 11, 1966
190 So. 2d 586 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1966)

Opinion

No. 66-45.

October 11, 1966.

Appeal from Criminal Court of Record, Dade County; Jack A. Falk, Judge.

Robert L. Koeppel, Public Defender, and R.W. Payne, Jr., Sp. Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Earl Faircloth, Atty. Gen., and Arden M. Siegendorf, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before CARROLL, BARKDULL and SWANN, JJ.

We have examined the record on appeal in light of the errors urged by the appellant, seeking reversal of her conviction in a non-jury trial for the unlawful possession of barbiturates.

We fail to find that the trial judge committed error in any respect and, therefore, the adjudication and sentence here under review is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.
