Affirmed. Appellant was properly convicted of battery on a detention or commitment facility staff member pursuant to section 784.075, Florida Statutes (1999), because the state proved that he assaulted a staff member of a commitment facility as defined in section 985.03(47) (formerly 985.03(46)).
