A renewed motion for class certification having been filed by the plaintiffs, and a telephone conference having been held today, it is hereby

ORDERED that the plaintiffs' expert reports on all issues other than damages shall be served on July 29, 2005. The plaintiffs' expert reports on damages shall be served thirty days after a decision is issued on the plaintiffs' class certification motion.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Talisman Energy, Inc.'s expert reports shall be served thirty days after the plaintiffs' expert reports on damages are served.
