ORDER


Having received notification that a Canadian court has issued discovery orders pertaining to Canadian witnesses Richard Rybiak ("Rybiak") and Jennifer Taylor ("Taylor"), pursuant to this Court's Requests for International Judicial Assistance, that require documents to be produced to plaintiffs' counsel and plaintiffs' counsel to produce those documents to counsel for defendant Talisman Energy, Inc. ("Talisman"), it is hereby

ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall treat all documents produced by Rybiak and Taylor as presumptively confidential. Talisman shall have ten business days from the date it receives copies of documents to identify which of the documents should be designated confidential pursuant to the Order of September 15, 2003 governing the handling of confidential material in this matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Talisman's request to inspect the documents first to assess issues of privilege and confidentiality is denied.

SO ORDERED.
