Defendants-respondents having moved for dismissal of the appeals taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 14, 2016 and from an order, same court and justice, entered on or about August 19, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed.
