PER CURIAM.

We grant Precision Constructors, Inc. ("Precision") writ of mandamus and direct the trial court to award Precision attorney's fees pursuant to this Court's mandate in case number 3D01-2677.Precision Constructors, Inc. v. Valtec Constr. Corp., 825 So. 2d 1062 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002). This Court's award of fees became law of the case and cannot now be relitigated. Barrero v. Ocean Bank, 729 So. 2d 412 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999). Accordingly, we remand to the trial court to determine the appropriate amount of fees pursuant to this Court's mandate in case number 3D01-2677.

Petition granted.
