KARA L. PRATHER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge.

On October 2, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review, it appears that the decision does not reference the I.R.C. § 6654 addition to tax as stated in the Notice of Deficiency dated March 16, 2020. Accordingly, the Court will strike the proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed October 2, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 24, 2023, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
