ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2022, respondent shall file either (1) an appropriate motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution as to petitioner Robert M. Powell, Deceased, along with a stipulation of settlement, or (2) a status report concerning the then-current status of this case.
