ORDER

This case was continued from the Court's December 16, 2019, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on November 30, 2021, advising that the parties are working together on informal discovery, and that the case is "best suited for an in-person trial next year". Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 2, 2022, the parties shall file a detailed joint status report advising the Court when they anticipate being ready for trial and the anticipated length of trial. The parties should also address place of trial, and if they expect to request a change in place of trial from Phoenix, Arizona to Washington, D.C.
