This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Denver, Colorado, trial session scheduled to begin April 15, 2024. On March 25, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report stating, among other things, that the parties have reached a basis for settlement resolving all issues in the case. The parties request an additional 21 days to file a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Denver, Colorado, trial session scheduled to begin April 15, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 18, 2024, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision.
