This case is calendared for trial at the Court's November 6, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona Special Trial Session. On August 31, 2023, the parties filed a separate Status Reports, requesting addition time to address the status of written questions in lieu of deposition. Petitioners' report further stated that petitioners may file a motion to introduce proposed hearsay testimony into evidence under Rule 804 and Rule 807 of the Rules of Evidence Exceptions to the Hearsay Rule. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 2, 2023, the parties shall file further reports specifically addressing the then-present status of the parties' written questions in lieu of deposition and Jack Tatum's responses. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 17, 2023, the parties shall file any motion regarding proposed testimony of Mr. Tatum, including any motions regarding admissions of hearsay.
