Motion by infant plaintiff for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, dated June 29, 1961, which reversed a judgment in his favor and dismissed his complaint. Motion granted. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
