ORDER DISMISSING SPEECE'S FOURTH, FIFTH AND SIXTH COUNTERCLAIMS AND SALDANHA'S FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD COUNTERCLAIMS WITH LEAVE TO AMEND


Defendant Entech Taiwan ("Entech") filed a motion to dismiss the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Claims for relief of Bryan Speece's counterclaims and the First, Second and Third Claims for relief of Ashley Saldanha's counterclaims. Speece and Saldanha filed a non-opposition and request leave to amend. A party may amend once as a matter of course. Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a). Accordingly, the request for leave to amend is GRANTED. Speece and Saldanha have 21 days from the date of this order to file amended counterclaims.

Each party's counsel is responsible for ensuring that co-counsel receives a copy of this order if co-counsel has not registered for e-filing pursuant to the court's CM/ECF program.
