Motion for an appeal from the Jefferson Circuit Court, Common Pleas Branch, Third Division, Miehl and Son given judgment for $107 against Payne and lien on sanding equipment prior to judgment for $354.80 and lien in favor of movant.

H.S. Horen opposed.


Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
