I would grant the defendant's application as I find plaintiff is unable to establish a causal link between any protected activity (alleged claims of sex-based discrimination/harassment) and her termination. Therefore, pursuant to La. C.C.P. art. 966(H), I would order briefing and give the parties an opportunity to request oral argument.
