This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On January 13, 2022,  the parties filed a motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is 

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed January 13, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Knoxville, Tennessee, trial session and is continued generally.   1
