The issues are limited to (1) whether the trial judge was obligated to give SJI2d 53.03 where the parties litigated the value of future damages or whether SJI2d 53.03 accurately states the law and was required to be given, and (2) whether the plaintiff introduced sufficient evidence of proximate cause concerning count III of the amended complaint.
